Description
Develop new voltages classes and broadening the functionality of the existing products Support the ramp up and yield learning phase of new technology platforms like CoolSiC together with the process integration group Develop new MOSFET generations, define together with TCAD and application experts the features of the upcoming generations Implement improvement regarding cost, yield and stability with change management processes and/or technology projects A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, Physics or comparable Min. 3 years experience in technology development or process integration Sound knowledge in the field of semiconductor process technology and semiconductor device physics Sound knowledge of statistics and design of experiments Experience in project management as an advantage Knowledge of MOSFET technologies and product portfolio of Infineon is an advantage - Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) drives leading-edge power management, sensing, and data transfer capabilities - The PSS division powers decarbonization and digitalization with a wide range of energy-efficient and digital solutions.
