* Hands‑on experience in Layer‑1 algorithm design, implementation, and optimization on DSP, ASSP processors, and FPGA platforms. * Expertise in system engineering, with the ability to design and evaluate complex algorithms in MATLAB/C environments. * Strong knowledge of 3GPP Layer‑1 specifications and algorithms for 4G/NB‑IoT/5G, ORAN split definitions, and conformance test criteria. * Proficient in using lab equipment such as signal generators, signal and spectrum analyzers, and channel emulators. * Solid understanding of wireless communication fundamentals and their application in system and algorithm design. * Familiarity with technologies such as OFDM, MIMO, Beamforming, MSE, Turbo/LDPC codes, physical channels, and CPRI/eCPRI interfaces. * Experience in L1 software development for eNodeB/gNodeB/UE, and understanding of RAN platform architecture and L1 schedulers. * Strong debugging capabilities, including log analysis and resolving field issues. Responsibilities

The Senior Engineer will design, implement, and optimize Layer-1 algorithms for wireless platforms including DSP and FPGA. They will also manage end-to-end product development, including validation, field testing, and performance optimization for 4G/5G systems.
