Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sustaining qualification of BQST HAMR process Driving improvement in overall KPI, quality, performance, cost leadership that relate to BQST process to meet business commitment. Setup, qualify convert tester and monitor KPI performance. Update related documents; WI, PI, OCAP and FMEA Compliance to Standards; IMS, contamination/ESD requirement Inform and highlight to higher level when find abnormalities of better or worse signs. Follow Regulation, Discipline and Orientation and comply with company policies, rules, regulations & THO documents. Control and follow up to achieve management plan. Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field, Electronic engineering, Electrical engineering. At least 2-5 years in Test Engineering field. Fluent in English communication.
