Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Engine emission hardware selection (FIE System , EATS System) and Combustion Development Engine calibration to meet performance & emission targets considering TREM-4, Stage-5 & Tier-4 Emission Norms. Vehicle calibration to meet Drivability & Noise Targets Conduct/formulate the required DoE(Design of experiments) DPF calibration - Passive, Active Regeneration DPF Soot Modelling,Delta pressure Modelling Knowledge on DSM,NCD,PCD for Stage-5, Tier-4 & TREM-4 Emission Norms. Experience of dedicated data evaluation tools such as ETAs INCA, AVL Concerto, CAMEO Experience 2-6 yearsIndustry Preferred Automotive, FIE supplier or Engine development consultanciesQualifications BE / B.Tech / ME / M.TechGeneral Requirements Functional Competencies: Engine level CRS Calibration to meet the perfromance & emission targetVehicle level CRS calibrationHands on experience in INCA, Concerto, CAMEOBase engine combustion developmentPerformance & emission development skill in diesel enginesKnowledge in emission normsKnowledge in aftertreatment systems calibration General Requirements: CRS calibration with Bosch/Delphi softwares EMS/functionality skillsProblem trouble shooting and root cause investigationUnderstanding of tractor operations and applications Other Requirements: Smart Calibration Working beyond boundariesLogicalPositive attitudeCollaborative Problem-Solving Skill
