Description

Responsible for water and wastewater system operation excellence, maintenance and sustaining tasks to ensure continues & uninterrupted supply, legal compliance and cost effective to support site core business. In your new role you will: Ensure water and wastewater operation & maintenance are meeting segment / business needs and local statutory requirement Cost planning, monitoring and control for water and wastewater system pertaining to operation and maintenance activities. Define operation and maintenance strategy to support the business operation and business growth Coordinating with various parties for the proper planning and execution of operation and maintenance tasks Manage the contract and service providers engaged for operation and maintenance tasks for water and wastewater system including the timely vendor performance review and assessment Continuously improving on the operation, maintenance and sustaining for water and wastewater system. You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical) or other relevant field with demonstrated capability in this field 3-5 years related experience in facilities management/services/engineering Familiar with water( RO/DI) and wastewater operation & maintenance concept & requirement for semiconductor manufacturing plant Familiar with water and wastewater design standards, codes and specifications, permitting processes and requirements Understand the working principle of other infrastructure system such as electrical, mechanical, cleanroom & building automation Knowledge in infrastructure system Acceptance & Testing Knowledge (testing & commissioning, buy-off, change management, etc.) Understand and able to demonstrate & perform risk assessment of process, equipment and new design by FMECA/FMEA 8D methodology mindset which cover all root cause analysis tools, 7 QC tools and also Decision Making Certified Environmental Professional In The Operation Of Industrial Effluent Treatment System – CePIETSO (PCP)/ BP) or Certified Environmental Professional in Sewage Treatment Plant Operation – CePSTPO , is an added advantage Driving decarbonization and digitalization.
