ABOUT YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for our first engineering hire - a builder and a leader rolled into one. Reporting to the VP of Global Sales / CEO, you’ll be hands-on in developing our core platform, making foundational choices on architecture and stack, and setting the bar for technical excellence. As we scale, you’ll recruit and grow a high-performing team, guiding them to push the limits of what’s possible with AI, ML, and automation in security.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design, architect and build our AI-driven penetration testing platform
• Define stack, roadmap, and long-term engineering strategy with the founder
• Bring in the latest advancements in AI + security testing
• Recruit, mentor, and lead an engineering team as the company scales
• Establish and embed best practice in secure coding, testing, and delivery
