MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in Dynamics 365 architecture and solution design.
• Proven experience in program management, project execution, and enterprise solution design.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CE), and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of Azure Cloud Services, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL for Dynamics 365 customizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• MS certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure (preferred).
  Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $140,0000- $180,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
  Position Information
  This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for a bonus based on the achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager & Solution Architect with expertise in MS Dynamics 365 to lead our projects and design innovative business solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and key deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
• Monitor and manage program risks, dependencies, and resource allocations to ensure seamless execution.
• Implement best practices for project governance, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O, CE, Power Platform, and Azure Services).
• Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance models for Dynamics 365 applications.
• Lead technical decision-making, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for business transformation.
