We are recruiting for a Senior Engineering Manager working in our Major Projects division which is a growing division in our business aiming to offer EPC solutions to our clients on some of the most exciting projects globally.

• Excellent communication skills and motivation to work in a dynamic, diverse project environment.
• Eager to tackle new challenges, learn, and support multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience leading EPC projects in highly regulated environments (e.g., Nuclear, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas).
• Proven track record managing large engineering projects worth millions, with necessary controls and reporting.
• Ability to motivate teams, handle conflict, and foster a collaborative culture to meet client needs.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours work.
