Banking As A Service (BaaS) Technology (a line of business within Payments under Services Technology) is looking to expand its team and we are looking for highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of talented software engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall technical direction, execution, and delivery of critical software projects. You will play a key role in shaping our engineering culture, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role, leading software engineering teams.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programing language – Java
• Experience with database systems – ORASS
• Preferred experience with cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, etc
• Strong knowledge of repository and version control systems – Bitbucket, Git
• Knowledge of Devops practices and tools
• Experience in using SDLC management tools - JIRA
• Leadership Skills:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
