About the Role As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead multi‑location, multi‑product software delivery across distributed Engineering, QA, and Product teams. You will ensure predictable, high‑quality releases by driving planning, execution, prioritization, and cross‑functional coordination. Your work will directly support the transformation of how customizable products and spaces are imagined, designed, sold, managed, and manufactured across industries such as Kitchen & Bath, Furniture, Window, Glass & Door, and Flooring worldwide. Key Position Responsibilities Include: Ability to analyze and translate sales/product management requirements into actionable delivery plans. Autonomously manage priorities, resources, and execution across distributed teams. Ability to plan, execute, measure results, and drive continuous delivery improvements. Strong strategic thinking and communication skills across all levels of the organization. Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to shape delivery roadmaps and new product initiatives. Mentor team leads and delivery members across engineering, QA, and product functions. Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution. Stay on the leading edge of delivery frameworks, Agile practices, and engineering trends. Drive consistent delivery practices, high‑quality standards, release readiness, and scalable execution. Maintain clear delivery documentation, processes, and communication for long‑term continuity. Proactively identify risks, delivery bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities to enhance execution and throughput. Own end‑to‑end release governance including acceptance criteria, readiness reviews, and post‑release stabilization. Partner with customer‑facing teams (Support, PS, CSM) to ensure smooth adoption and timely resolution of delivery-related issues. Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and audit standards for all delivered releases. Manage delivery budgets, resource planning, and optimization across teams and locations. Coordinate with third‑party vendors/partners when delivery involves external dependencies. Required Experience and Qualifications: 13–18 years of experience leading delivery for medium‑to‑large commercial software applications. Proven experience managing distributed, multi‑location engineering, QA, and product teams. Strong background in Agile delivery, release management, and cross‑functional program leadership. Experience mentoring delivery leads, Scrum Masters, and engineering/QA counterparts. Ability to analyze complex systems, manage inter‑team dependencies, and orchestrate multi‑product releases. Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of SDLC, QA processes, automation concepts, and DevOps workflows. Ability to assess legacy processes, drive modernization, and reduce technical and operational debt. Exposure to analytics‑based reporting, forecasting, delivery KPIs, and capacity planning. Experience working with engineering‑focused or CAD/3D/graphics‑based product teams is a plus. Ability to integrate AI‑driven tools for productivity, planning, and delivery automation. Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, or third‑party delivery dependencies. Strong risk management discipline with a proven ability to mitigate delivery and operational risks. Required Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently. Creative, energetic, and motivated to lead complex, high‑impact delivery programs. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple product lines. Strong communicator in English, capable of influencing cross‑functional leaders and executives. Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and scaled execution models (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc). Passionate about driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high‑performing team culture. Able to balance strategic planning with hands‑on delivery execution when necessary. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and making decisions with incomplete information.
