THE ROLE

At SoFi, data is at the heart of every decision. We prioritize data privacy, security, and governance to maintain the trust of our members and meet strict regulatory standards. Our Data Platform team powers that mission — building scalable infrastructure, enabling self-service, and delivering trusted data to every corner of the company.
We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Core Infrastructure and Services squad. In this role, you’ll oversee data infrastructure, platform services, and governance initiatives — from integrating diverse data sources into governance tools to evolving the foundational architecture that supports SoFi’s long-term growth.
