As a Senior Engineering Manager in our Platform Engineering group, you will be a key technical leader responsible for the DevOps team. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping our technology strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our build and deployment strategy.
As the leader of the DevOps team, you will work closely with the wider Engineering team to make sure that developing and deploying code is as smooth as possible.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

• 5+ years of hands-on technical management experience
• 5+ years of programming experience in software design and development in an object-oriented programming language such as Python, Ruby, GoLang
• 5+ years of experience on one or more of the following technical areas: Cloud Computing (e.g AWS), CI/CD, SDLC, Containerization and Orchestration
• Deep knowledge of current trends and best practices in software design and architecture, including performance, security and scalability
• A passion for software engineering craftsmanship and developer experience
• Superb written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Strong management skills for planning and executing complex projects
