We are looking for an experienced senior manager to join our Enterprise Security team. You will own building and managing a team of high performing security engineers, while fostering a strong team culture. You and the team will play a crucial part in securing our platforms that give sports fans opportunities to win.

What we’re looking for in our next teammate

  • Technical credibility with 8+ years of hands-on security experience, including 5+ years of direct management responsibility for a security team
  • Capable of managing initiatives across multiple workstreams, with the ability to forecast and size buckets of work in an agile environment
  • Problem-solver with a deep technical understanding of security engineering principles
  • Proven ability to evaluate the overall health, design, and quality of a system or services- including regular reviews to ensure operational health & uptime
  • Ability to make concrete progress in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge and avoid “analysis paralysis”
  • Strong analytical capabilities to optimize solutions in a space with complex moving pieces, variables and constraints
  • Ability to influence, drive change, and mentor team members to have high impact and positive outcomes
  • Proven ability to rapidly analyze complex technical security issues and communicate business-impacting risk to non-technical audiences
