SENIOR ENGINEERING MANAGER

Salary - Up to £80,000
Location - South West England
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Engineering Manager with a strong track record to join a well-established FMCG business. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the engineering and site services function, setting the strategy and driving performance across asset reliability and maintenance.
You’ll be responsible for leading a multi-skilled team, fostering a culture of accountability, and ensuring engineering excellence. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll play a key role in delivering site objectives through effective planning, team development, and continuous improvement.
You will be expected to implement a clear engineering improvement roadmap, enhance maintenance processes, and drive sustainable, long-term performance. This role will challenge your leadership, planning, and organisational skills, and will require strategic thinking to stay ahead in a fast-paced, competitive manufacturing environment.
