Job Title Senior Engineering Manager Location (s) Cochin Years of Experience 15-18 years Job Description • 10+ years of experience is software/web development in java-based technologies (Java, Springboot) and Angular • Proven track record of delivering and supporting production quality code in enterprise applications. • Extensive understanding of Java based Web-service technologies and knowledge of server-side design patterns, object-oriented design etc. • Work experience in Spring, Rest based web services, Java 1.8. • Exposure to few of these: Spring Boot, Microservices, Kotlin, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, Docker, Kubernete. Role & Responsibilities • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for their technical and professional growth. Foster a positive and productive team culture. • Ensure the team has the right mix of skills and capacity to deliver.
