This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - M/F/NB in France. In this role, you will lead one to two agile engineering squads, driving the development of high-impact features that shape the company’s strategic products. You will balance technical leadership with hands-on involvement, mentoring engineers and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders, you will influence the product roadmap while fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while being part of a dynamic, diverse, and motivated team. You will play a central role in scaling engineering capabilities and enhancing cross-functional collaboration across the organization. Accountabilities: Lead, mentor, and coach engineers across one to two squads, providing regular feedback and fostering professional growth. Drive the delivery of high-quality, impactful features that align with company KPIs and product objectives. Collaborate with product, design, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of the roadmap. Establish engineering best practices, maintain code quality, and support technical decision-making. Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment to enhance team performance and delivery. Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the engineering organization. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical teams in software engineering. Proven track record in delivering complex, high-quality features in a collaborative environment. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to support and grow individual contributors. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced, agile environments. Customer-focused mindset, with an understanding of data-driven and product-oriented development.
