As an Engineering Manager, you will lead two product engineering teams that build our Merchant Center onboarding and transaction monitoring solutions. These teams are key to the user experience and operational effectiveness of our merchant platform. You bring people leadership, technical excellence, and a passion for enabling teams to thrive.

YOUR EXPERIENCES

• Demonstrated experience in leading software engineering teams, guiding team dynamics, performance, and growth
• Strong understanding of engineering delivery processes, including agile methodologies, planning cycles, and cross-functional collaboration
• Technical ownership of a complex product or project delivery, ensuring timely outcomes and maintaining high technical standards
• Technical know-how in cloud-native environments (GCP preferred), including experience with scalable architectures and secure system design
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across engineering and business stakeholders, including leadership; Fluent in English, German is a advantage
• Track record in fostering leadership culture or team maturity, including coaching and mentoring engineers
• Moderation and facilitation skills for guiding team rituals, alignment meetings, and decision-making processes
