We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function of our Growth Squads globally, spanning teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This role will directly manage a mix of software engineers and other engineering managers, creating a scalable growth engineering practice. This is a high-impact leadership role where your ability to balance experimentation speed with engineering excellence will accelerate Remitly’s revenue and customer growth. This leader will report directly to the Director of Remittance Transfer Experience. You will work hybrid from our Seattle headquarters.
