SENIOR ENGINEERING PROGRAM LEADER

In the role of a Senior Engineering Program Leader within Noble’s production engineering squad, you become an indispensable force in our quest for innovation that serves sectors ranging from the pet industry to governmental defense initiatives. In our dynamic and ever-evolving workspace, the engineering crew spearheads the journey of converting ideas into reality across a highly automated and high-output production backdrop.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor of Science in related disciplines
  • Five years of field experience coupled with a minimum of two years in management
  • Proven team-building and productivity enhancement skills
  • Excellent professional communication capabilities
  • Strong project management acumen
  • Basic knowledge of electro-mechanical systems
  • Comprehensive design knowledge in diverse manufacturing technologies
  • Proficient understanding of process capability
  • Competency in at least two of the following areas:
  • GD&T- PLC programing- Robotics Programing- Testing & Measurement- Six Sigma- Solidworks PDM
  • Plastic Manufacturing
  • SCRUM practices

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum requirement
