HOW TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE?

• Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering. May have a PHD related directly to a field of expertise
• Over 15 year or more of relevant experience in a specific aerospace engineering field
• Has experience on at least 2 or more development programs
• Expert in one or more areas
• Highly recommended, has an international reputation
• Advanced knowledge in Program Management for Product Development and a breadth of knowledge of many aircraft systems and operating regulations
