Location: Petra, Jordan Brand: IHG – Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts Opening: 2026 Be part of history as we reopen Crowne Plaza Resort Petra – where timeless heritage meets modern hospitality. We are seeking a Senior Supervisor – Engineering who will play a key role in relaunching one of Jordan’s most iconic destinations. In this exciting pre-opening role, you will assist the engineering leadership team in overseeing all technical and maintenance operations — ensuring the resort’s systems, equipment, and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. You’ll lead and support a skilled team of technicians while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. Through your technical expertise and hands-on approach, you’ll help drive operational excellence and contribute to delivering IHG’s purpose of True Hospitality for Good. What We’re Looking For: Relevant technical diploma in Engineering. At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a hospitality or facilities environment. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, GRMS, and PMS systems. Technical skills in water treatment and boiler operations (steam, water, and gas). Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications. Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and practices. Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
