About the Role The Senior Enrolment Support Services Officer contributes to and supports the planning, implementing and co-ordination of a number of services relevant to election events including roll products operations. It is part of a team that provides a broad range of enrolment support, including the production of electoral rolls for election events, liaison with partner agencies, enrolment queries and continual improvement of services. The role is an Ongoing Full-time position. Effective computer skills and experience in using different business systems i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, Content Manager records management, other corporate systems and database applications. Demonstrated client focus and customer service experience in providing a first level response to public and client enquiries in a high-volume environment. Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. Sound organisation and time management skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in writing documents such as policies, processes and procedures impacting the operations of the function/business unit. Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners. Satisfactory criminal record check result.
