Join our Strategic Sales team to drive new business growth across Spectre and Street.co.uk. With the support of our industry-leading, multi-award-winning Prospecting and CRM technology, you’ll have the opportunity to drive new business, close high-value deals, and play a key role in shaping the future of PropTech in the UK.
As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead enterprise-level sales, working closely with our VP of Sales to drive revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing high-value deals, selling to board-level stakeholders and securing strategic partnerships. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to multi-thread across complex organisations to drive adoption of our full product suite.

A BIT ABOUT YOU…

  • You have 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record in enterprise sales.
  • Enterprise sales strategy expertise, including account mapping, multi-threading, and engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills, with experience in either Challenger, Gap Selling or PClub sales methodology, MEDDIC qualification methodology, forecasting, and ABM/ABS strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close high-value deals.
  • Consultative sales approach, able to understand business challenges and position tailored solutions.
  • Resilience, confidence, and presence - you can hold the room, drive conversations, and articulate value effectively.
  • A team player mindset, working collaboratively across departments to drive success.
  • Coachability, always seeking to refine your approach and stay ahead in enterprise sales best practices.
