You have at least 8-10 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, including several years in the insurance industry or in a management consultancy with an insurance focus.
Fluent, negotiation-level communication skills in German (C2/native speaker) and English (very good, C1) in both spoken and written form are essential – French is an advantage. You are comfortable in German and English-language C-level discussions and can persuade decision-makers on an equal footing.
You have a deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure or GCP), SaaS delivery models and modern integration patterns (REST, Event-Driven, Microservices)
You are able to build strong and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels – from developers to the board of directors.
You have a strong hands-on mentality: you don't lose sight of technical details, even when working strategically.
Experience with APIs, BPMN, SaaS platforms, AWS technology, requirements engineering, and the insurance industry is a clear plus.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate) and certifications in cloud or architecture are advantageous.
You are familiar with dynamic work environments; agile project management methods are not unfamiliar to you.
Consulting experience is a big plus.
Approximately 20–30% willingness to travel within Germany or Switzerland.
