Description
Leading key architectural projects of firm-wide significance. Promoting the Enterprise and cross-Domain Architecture vision and strategy. Engaging with senior stakeholders locally in Montreal, New York and more broadly. Driving the long-term evolution of the Technology estate in support of the high-level business strategy. Participating in governance and oversight of architecture activities. Championing the adoption of architecture practices. Architecture thought leadership. Fostering the Architecture community locally and globally across the Firm and Divisions. 10+ years of proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in large technology organizations. Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and models such as TOGAF. Strategic thinker; able to structure and deliver on complex multi-year programmes. Experience working and influencing the designs of senior architects and senior technology leaders. Experience with large-scale architecture transformation projects, e.g. integration of acquisitions, Cloud migration, geographic migrations, modernization initiatives. Hands-on experience architecting technology solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Experience working with teams across different time-zones and countries. Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications. Technical background; comfortable with hands-on development tools and processes. Experience with GenAI, cybersecurity, and/or resilience desirable. BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields from an accredited university, or equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience. Build a career with impact.
