We’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join our new Enterprise team in Milan. The Account Management/Customer Success team plays a crucial role in Trustpilot’s commitment to building trust and transparency between consumers and businesses around the world. The team is responsible for the after-sales customer journey, making sure they are satisfied and use our product to its real value.
About the Role
As part of our Account Management/Customer Success team, you will contribute to Trustpilot’s aim of building trust and transparency between consumers and businesses worldwide. This role goes beyond maintaining customer relationships—it’s about strategic expansion, ensuring clients get the most out of Trustpilot while contributing to commercial success.
This position is based in our Milan office, and we are looking for someone onsite, who will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues in our hybrid working set-up.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with our Enterprise customers in Italy, ensuring they derive maximum value from Trustpilot’s products.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and expanding Trustpilot’s footprint within key accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer business objectives and aligning Trustpilot solutions to their needs.
  • Provide best-practice insights that maximize ROI and business impact.
  • Negotiate and manage contract renewals, ensuring high retention rates and minimizing churn.
  • Identify new revenue streams by mapping accounts and uncovering growth potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support) to advocate for customer needs and enhance their experience.
  • Lead engaging business reviews and presentations, enhancing Trustpilot’s position as a value-driven partner.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and full utilization of their paid subscriptions.
