Senior Enterprise Food Service Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is seeking a Senior Enterprise Food Service Analyst to join the Enterprise Food Services team in Everett, WA. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. The Enterprise Food Service Analyst will manage enterprise-wide food service contracts and supplier relationships to ensure consistent, compliant, cost-effective, and high-quality food service delivery across our sites. This role coordinates contract administration, invoice processing and auditing, supplier performance management, barrier removal to enable supplier success, and leads special projects to continuously improve food service offerings and processes. The incumbent will exercise considerable latitude in problem-solving and will frequently engage cross-functionally to deliver results. Position Responsibilities: Manage the enterprise portfolio of food service contracts: monitor compliance, track key performance indicators, administer amendments, and maintain contract documentation. Serve as the primary business contact to food service suppliers and internal stakeholders (facilities, procurement, operations, finance, and site leadership); resolve service issues and remove barriers to supplier performance. Process, validate, and approve supplier invoices; coordinate with Accounts Payable and procurement to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Conduct supplier audits and periodic reviews to verify contract compliance, food safety and quality standards, pricing, and performance metrics; document findings and manage corrective actions. Lead and coordinate special projects aimed at enhancing food service quality, reducing cost, improving supplier performance, and standardizing menu/operational practices across sites. Develop and maintain Statements of Work (SOW), scopes, schedules, and pricing documentation for new or renewed food service engagements. Use data and trend analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and present options and recommendations to management. Facilitate cross-functional teams to design, validate, and deploy improved processes or services; deliver training and supporting materials as needed. Maintain configuration control for contract and process documents; ensure records meet audit and compliance requirements. Support budget development and long-range planning related to food service contracts and supplier spend. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Accounting, Supplier Management) Experience communicating across organizations with suppliers and leadership Experience analyzing data to extract insights for strategic decision-making and planning Experience using project management methodologies, including developing project plans, performance management, and managing issues and risks Able to travel up to 25% domestically Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Prior experience managing multi-site or enterprise food service programs for large organizations. Knowledge of catering & vending operations, POS reconciliation, and food service inventory processes. Familiarity with sustainability or wellness initiatives related to corporate food programs. 4+ years of contract, supplier, or food service operations experience; experience with enterprise or multi-site food service programs strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience managing contracts, invoices, supplier audits, and supplier performance improvement. Strong analytical skills: ability to collect, synthesize and analyze data to produce recommendations and drive continuous improvement. Proficient with contract management systems, procurement processes, and common business tools (e.g., Excel, reporting tools). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to influence suppliers and internal stakeholders. Project leadership experience, including development of scope, schedules, and budgets.
