Description
Position Summary The Senior Enterprise & Integrations Product Manager owns the enterprise readiness roadmap and partner integration strategy. This role ensures Sennos can meet the security, compliance, deployment, and integration requirements that global enterprise customers expect — translating deal-stage objections into shipped capabilities before they become deal-killers. This is a senior, externally-facing role for someone who understands what it takes to make a product enterprise-ready and can operate at the intersection of Product, Business Development, and engineering. Travel with BD to represent Product in enterprise negotiations is a core part of the job (~20% travel). Responsibilities Own the enterprise readiness roadmap, including SSO/SAML, private cloud deployment options, data residency controls, and security documentation Manage technical requirements and delivery for partner integrations including Beer30, Grist, and Ekos, defining API contracts, data exchange patterns, and integration testing criteria Lead SOC2 readiness from the Product side, ensuring security controls, compliance documentation, and audit preparation meet enterprise buyer expectations Define PLC integration requirements for industrial automation platforms (Rockwell, Siemens), scoping data exchange between Sennos sensors and plant control systems Travel with Business Development to represent Product in enterprise negotiations, supporting RFP responses, security questionnaires, and technical architecture discussions Translate customer objections, RFP requirements, and deal-stage feedback into prioritized roadmap items with clear acceptance criteria Coordinate with engineering on integration architecture, REST API strategy, webhook design, and deployment models Maintain enterprise readiness tracking so the organization has clear visibility into what is and is not ready for enterprise sales Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent years of experience) Experience: Senior-level experience in product management with direct ownership of enterprise readiness, integrations, or platform partnership strategy Track record of shipping integrations, APIs, or platform capabilities that directly enabled enterprise or partner deals Experience managing competing priorities across multiple integration partnerships simultaneously Skills: Working knowledge of enterprise security and compliance frameworks including SOC2, SSO/SAML, OAuth 2.0, and data residency concepts Ability to operate at the boundary between Product and Business Development, translating commercial pressure into clear product requirements without over-committing the roadmap Strong written and verbal communication, particularly in translating technical capabilities for non-technical enterprise buyers and supporting RFP/security review processes Strategic thinking with ability to balance technical complexity and business priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience in food & beverage, brewing, fermentation, or industrial process technology Background working with brewery management systems (Beer30, Grist, Ekos) or similar industry-specific platforms Familiarity with PLC/SCADA integration patterns or OPC-UA/Modbus protocols in manufacturing environments Experience with private cloud or hybrid deployment models for enterprise customers Comfort operating in a growth-stage company where enterprise playbooks are being built, not inherited Team Working Style Splits time between internal product work and external-facing activities with BD and enterprise prospects (~20% travel expected) Operates with high autonomy, particularly during customer engagement, where you represent Product's perspective and commitments directly Values clear documentation of enterprise requirements, integration status, and readiness gaps so the broader team stays aligned without chasing updates Physical Requirements and Work Environment Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer Office setting with remote/hybrid flexibility Regular travel required for customer meetings, enterprise negotiations, and partner discussions (approximately 20%) Please Note Applicants must be permanently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Recruitment Agency Notice: We do not accept unsolicited candidate submissions.
