Responsibilities

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to take the reins of our Enterprise business in the Benelux region. This is more than a quota-carrying leadership role — it’s a rare opportunity to build and scale a high-performance enterprise sales team within a hypergrowth, category-defining company.
You’ll report directly to the Area VP and lead both our Named and Major Accounts teams in the Netherlands. You’ll drive strategy, execution, hiring, and revenue – all while working cross-functionally to unlock Cloudflare’s full value for the region’s largest and most complex customers.
This role is for builders, not maintainers. If you’ve led top-performing cybersecurity sales teams and are looking for your next big challenge — with autonomy, high visibility, and the chance to make a lasting impact — we’d love to talk.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build and scale our enterprise sales team in the Netherlands, focused on high-value, multi-national customers.
  • Lead from the front: coach and develop a senior team of AEs, drive enterprise strategy, and lead key account planning.
  • Own the market: define go-to-market plans, develop executive relationships, and partner across functions to deliver full-stack solutions.
  • Drive pipeline, forecasting, and revenue growth, while maintaining the quality and precision Cloudflare is known for.
  • Collaborate across Cloudflare — with product, marketing, solutions engineering, customer success, and more — to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
  • Be a key external voice for Cloudflare in the Benelux region – representing us at conferences, executive briefings, and industry events.
  • Maintain high standards around compliance, culture, and performance.
