In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the success of high-ARR customers within the crypto ecosystem. You will act not just as a support resource, but as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex operational challenges and providing valuable insights to help them thrive. Your work will have a significant impact on customer relationships and will involve collaboration across multiple teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
