Maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders at healthcare facilities. Conduct existing workflow analyses and consult on necessary changes. Support solution implementation across customer facilities. Facilitate change management and ensure proper testing of solutions. Provide staff support and training for patient onboarding workflows. Define and document desired outcomes and KPIs based on customer needs. Participate actively in professional IT/EMR implementation organizations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience in clinical consulting, field sales, or product marketing. Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills. Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and project management. Professional demeanor in customer interactions. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in crafting change management actions and communications. Ability to manage projects and time effectively. Experience in clinical training and adult education delivery.
