Description

First and foremost, you share our passion for improving quality of life. You have a highly regarded base of contaminated land and environmental engineering experience in government and private sectors and come to us with: Tertiary qualifications in environmental (or other relevant) engineering, geology/hydrogeology or environmental science Extensive experience in contaminated land investigation, management and remediation, including PFAS Demonstrated experience in field investigation methodologies - various techniques for soil and groundwater sampling, soil logging, well installations, with ability to mentor and direct junior staff Ability to develop and communicate conceptual site models relating to contaminant sources, pathways, and fate and transport properties Fundamental understanding of state and national regulatory guidance Demonstrated success in project management delivering to budget and program Proven ability with technical aspects of proposal and report writing Experience in a consultancy environment and managing key client relationships.

Responsibilities

The Senior Environmental Consultant will lead contaminated land investigations, management, and remediation projects. They will also mentor junior staff and develop conceptual site models related to contaminant sources and pathways.
