THE OPPORTUNITY:

Ambipar Response is currently seeking Senior Environmental Technologists based out of Calgary, Medicine Hat, Lethbridge, Grand Prairie and/or Fort Saint John.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Reclamation or similar discipline
  • Professional designation or articling to obtain is considered an asset
  • 2-5 years’ relevant field experience
  • Knowledge of the water act and experience with wetland classification is an asset
  • Understanding of the upstream oil and gas regulatory requirements in AB & BC
  • Experience with reclamation and remediation on private and public lands
  • Strong soil characterization and vegetation identification skills
  • Good physical health with willingness to travel and work in the field for extended periods
  • Valid driver’s license
  • AIA and or SIA Member (preferred but not necessary).
  • Must have access to 4X4 vehicle with a valid class 5 license
