Description
Responsibilities
Drive the continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation of our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process
Manage quarterly Coupa releases, including implementing and testing use cases in our test environment
Technical responsibility for integrating new organizations and modules into Coupa
Maintain and develop content with the team (catalogs, supplier data, user management)
Analyze business needs to determine improvement potentials and enhance efficiency
Document, analyze, and identify change requests related to current processes (P2P, Vendor Management, Contract Management, eSourcing, Reporting)
Take responsibility for specific building blocks within our eProcurement framework (training, stakeholder management, supplier management, KPI tracking, content management)
Convert business needs into system requirements to improve processes and content within Coupa
Act as the single point of contact for all questions regarding our Coupa platform, including ticket management
Maintain backend functionality and ensure optimal usability of the platform
Manage interfaces and connected systems effectively
