We are seeking an experienced Senior EDI Policy Manager with excellent communication and engagement skills to lead on all EDI matters including strategy and policy development, as well as managing EDI-related internal and external stakeholder engagement through effective collaboration.

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are switched-on and would get great work satisfaction from engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholder. The work involves a mixture of policy development, delivery, providing advice and guidance across multiple areas and reporting on progress to senior stakeholders including our Council and Executive Team.
