Technical expert in at least 2 R&D discipline (Optic, Electronic, Motion, SEM) Support R&D module owner in “Off & On Tool” Module Integration, Calibration and Qualification Qualify Module performance to spec (on & off tool) Support R&D development (C&F) activities Lead qualifications of complex, non-system components (isolated from application) and provide risk assessment Define & execute Qualification plans; Define, execute and qualify calibration procedures (off and on tool). Tool owner - Expert in tool Build and complex Integration. Production documentation: define and qualify full build book and full sub system ATP tests. High debug ability and 3rd level of escalation to modules that are within area of expertise 10 years of relevant experiences in semiconductor industry Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment and industry standards including thin film, etch or lithography Comfortable working across time zones, collaborating with remote teams, and supporting factory-side execution Discipline tracking and driving deliverables to completion Flexibility to travel back and forth between South East Asia and the USA (up to 30% of the time)
