Description

Degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Industry Experience: Experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in Final Test equipment, is highly desirable. Familiarity with Tri temp IC Test Handler equipment, such as Delta Matrix or Advantest M48xx series, is preferred. Strong knowledge and inclination in implementing data analysis tools, Artificial Intelligence, and Problem Solving tools are essential. Proven experience in project management, with the ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide timely updates to various stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration. Strong desire to build up technical competency, with a focus on continuous learning and professional growth. Candidates with education background in AI/ML or Automations or Robotics with no working experience will also be considered for this role We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
