Your tasks

• They manage an ERP migration in close collaboration with internal departments and external service providers.
• They analyze existing business processes and translate them into structured ERP requirements and system logics.
• They actively drive the standardization and optimization of ERP-supported business processes.
• They systematically build up ERP expertise within the company and empower key users to use the system.
• They are responsible for the implementation, configuration and further development of ERP processes in the areas of production, purchasing, sales and finance.
• They are responsible for the further development of reporting and data structures in the ERP system.
• They define and implement interfaces to adjacent systems such as CRM and BI solutions.
• They ensure that business requirements are transferred to the ERP system in a structured manner and implemented sustainably within the system.

Your profile

• You have a completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, or alternatively, relevant IT-related training with corresponding professional experience.
• They possess extensive and long-standing ERP experience and have already actively supported an ERP migration.
• They bring in-depth knowledge of ERP processes and the customization of ERP systems.
• They possess a solid understanding of business processes in order processing, production, purchasing and finance.
• They see themselves as translators between specialist departments and technology, and consistently view IT as a service provider for the business.
• They have very good German and good English skills.
• They are characterized by good communication skills and a confident demeanor.
• Ideally, you have experience in a manufacturing company.
