We are currently recruiting for a Senior Escalation Engineer, based in Hungary, to help build our new generation of a SaaS cloud IGA solution. You will join an existing software development group, initially working on a project to host and operate our world-leading IGA products on Azure using the latest technologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • You will analyse issues or defects reported by customers.
  • You will collaborate with our software development team.
  • You will provide telephone consultation at pre-determined times.

Qualifications:

  • You should have 2 years’ experience in an engineering or support-related software role
  • You should have a structured, analytical approach in problem solving software issues.
  • You should have experience with strong troubleshooting issues in complex environments
  • You should be familiar with providing fixes for partners, customers and professional services engineers.
  • You should have strong communication skills with a pragmatic and proactive attitude
  • You should be willing to learn and be taught, friendly and ability to work under pressure.
  • You should have working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
