At Arun District Council, we are continuously working to improve wellbeing, housing, the environment and the economy within the district. We care about making a difference to those who live, work, and visit Arun, and you could be that difference.
Are you an experienced property professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Estates Surveyor to join our Property, Estates, and Facilities team, where your expertise will help shape the future of our property portfolio.
In this pivotal role you’ll be responsible for managing activities across a diverse estate, delivering strategic asset management, and providing expert advice on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and valuations. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure our estate is efficient, sustainable, and aligned with our long-term goals. In addition to daily estate management tasks, the successful candidate will assist in delivering specific outputs of the Council’s ongoing asset review project.
If you’re ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
We love to invest in our people, providing the opportunity for professional development and fulfilment. Work life balance is encouraged, and we enjoy a variety of flexible working arrangements. Please see Why work for Arun for more information on what Arun offers their employees.
