Providing commercial support in the preparation of accurate and auditable detailed estimates and cost plans. Identifying the net cost of construction, estimating the cost of key elements such including staffing and preliminaries. You’ll be responsible for: Managing estimating, cost planning and benchmarking activities, ensuring accurate, high‑quality outputs. Coordinating measurement exercises and prepare schedules, collaborating across project and senior teams. Presenting complex estimating and risk insights, offering clear recommendations to stakeholders. Providing robust commercial analysis while supporting net‑zero objectives across project delivery. You’ll need to have: Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts and measurement rules. Proficient in measurement, CBS/WBS structures and cost model development. Advanced Excel, estimating tools and BIM measurement capability. Understanding of design stages, tender processes, risk, opportunity, profit and overhead. The estimated salary for this position is $150,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
