REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in estimating for interior fitout projects, specifically in luxury residences.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and design principles relevant to high-end interiors.
• Proficient in estimation software and tools; familiarity with AutoCAD is a must.
• Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Conduct market research to stay informed on material costs, labor rates, and industry trends affecting estimations.
• Review subcontractor quotes and collaborate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality products.
