Together, we can build a better world. Job Description As a Senior Estimator, you’ll play a key role in shaping our projects from the very beginning. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and timely full-cost estimates—covering scope, resources, equipment, and materials—to ensure competitive bids and strong project margins. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of project types, including conceptual design-build, P3, lump sum, and construction management. Your expertise and attention to detail will directly impact our success: underestimating can create financial risk, while overestimating can cost us opportunities. Qualifications What You Bring Post-secondary degree or diploma in Construction, Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of experience with a general contractor in commercial construction estimating Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, blueprints, and as-builts Strong mathematical and analytical skills for developing accurate material and labour estimates, as well as interpreting job-cost reports Experience with cost-estimating software to prepare bids and quotes AutoCAD experience is considered an asset Additional Information Why Work With Us?
