JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for high-end fit-out and interior design projects, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability. This role requires in-depth knowledge of materials, labor, and subcontractor costs, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in estimating for fit-out and interior design projects in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and local market pricing.
  • Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
    Note - Candidate who are from outside the UAE without UAE experience and candidate who did work in fit out design industry will be rejected automatically.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), tender documents, and cost breakdowns for various fit-out projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to align estimates with project goals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to optimize project costs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, material costs, and industry best practices.
  • Support contract negotiations and assist in post-tender discussions.
  • Review and assess project variations, claims, and cost adjustments.
