JOB TITLE: SENIOR ESTIMATOR - INTERIOR FIT OUT EXPERIENCE (URGENT HIRING)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Only candidates with a minimum of 5 years of Interior Fit-Out experience in Dubai will be considered. Immediate joiners preferred.

“J WALT” is an ISO Certified Interior Design, Interior Fit-Out, MEP, and Civil Maintenance Company based in Dubai built to provide cost-efficient and state-of-the-art services to customers.
We undertake all kinds of Civil & and MEP maintenance works including partitioning, false ceiling, flooring, wall tiling, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, steel and aluminum fabrication, interior decorations, landscaping, and A/C maintenance for both domestic and commercial sectors.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Estimator with 5–6 years of proven experience in the UAE interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and working closely with the project, design, and procurement teams to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in estimation within the UAE interior fit-out industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and estimation software.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects including material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and related documents to assess scope and requirements.
  • Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis using estimation software and Excel.
  • Develop and maintain a cost database for future estimates.
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates.
  • Assist in tender submissions and post-tender clarifications.
  • Analyze project risks and provide value engineering recommendations.
  • Attend pre- and post-tender meetings with clients or internal teams as needed.
