We are looking for a passionate, driven and highly experienced Senior Estimator to manage the full tender process of medium to large scale projects and help us build our pipeline of work. You will independently manage a portfolio of tenders, submissions and BOQs, liaising with a range of stakeholders to produce attractive, high-quality submissions. As a senior in the team, you will lead by example and help to mentor our Estimators.

Responsibilities
  • Autonomously prepare and coordinate high quality and accurate tender proposals and submissions of $100mil+
  • Source and collate supplier and contractor quotes
  • Develop relationships with clients, designers, architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Review, develop and maintain accurate and up to date cost information
  • Attend tender interviews and take the lead as required
  • Liaise with project teams and prepare project schedules
  • Mentor and grow other Estimators to be the best they can be
  • Preparation of construction budgets for handover to the construction team
  • Help continually improve our estimating processes and systems
