We’re seeking a Senior Estimator to join our Melbourne team and play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale construction projects valued at $100M+. In this role you will: Lead the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for major projects. Analyse and challenge subcontractor pricing to ensure value and transparency. Collaborate with design, engineering, and delivery teams to identify cost efficiencies. Provide detailed risk analysis and maintain a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in estimating for large-scale commercial, residential, or health-care projects (above $100M). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interrogate and challenge subcontractor proposals. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering precise cost plans. Advanced knowledge of estimating software and industry best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities
