JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing auto body shop. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of GEICO DRP procedures, CCC One, and Estimatics platforms. You’ll play a key role in accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing precise repair estimates, and ensuring smooth coordination with insurance carriers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in collision repair estimating
  • Strong experience with GEICO DRP procedures and scorecard management
  • Proficient in CCC One and Estimatics (Mitchell a plus)
  • Deep understanding of collision repair processes and parts sourcing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • I-CAR certification preferred but not required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities
  • Write accurate, detailed, and timely estimates using CCC One and Estimatics
  • Manage GEICO DRP workflow, performance metrics, and compliance requirements
  • Perform in-person vehicle damage inspections and capture quality photos and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, customers, and internal production staff
  • Follow up on supplement approvals, parts pricing, and labor adjustments as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for all estimates and repairs
  • Assist with customer service issues and maintain a high standard of professionalism
  • Monitor DRP KPIs (cycle time, supplements, customer satisfaction scores) and meet performance targets
