Spazio Interior Decoration is currently seeking a Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor specializing in Interior Design Fit-Out projects.

JOB SUMMARY

• Prepare detailed BOQs for residential and commercial interior projects
• Support the Project Manager in all cost estimation and tender pricing activities
• Develop technical submittals for tender requirements
• Source material and subcontractor quotations, and evaluate their cost-effectiveness
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to collect accurate quotes
• Conduct site inspections to support more precise cost projections
• Compile comprehensive documentation for tender submissions
• Identify and propose cost-efficient material and product solutions
• Source vendors, negotiate terms, and manage pricing strategies
• Analyze market delivery
• Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of fit-out market pricing

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in interior fit-out estimation, with strong product and supplier knowledge
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical skills in pricing breakdown and cost analysis
• Familiarity with estimation software tools
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in price negotiation and strategic sourcing
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team

• Fitout Company: 6 years (Preferred)
• Estimator: 6 years (Preferred)
