THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Estimator with strong expertise in commercial office interiors and proficiency in AutoCAD. This is a newly created role designed for someone ready to take ownership, develop a first class estimating team, shape service delivery, and contribute to the growth of a thriving, close-knit business.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Senior Estimator, you will play a vital role in the success of our projects—from initial pricing to design development and final tender submission. Working closely with the Projects Director, you will lead the estimating and pre-construction activities across a broad scope of specialist glazing and fit-out systems and develop the estimating team going forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive tenders and quotations
• Produce comprehensive AutoCAD drawings and layout plans
• Interpret specifications and technical drawings with confidence
• Collaborate with the Projects Director on procurement, design coordination, and project strategy
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and delivery teams
